Anyone have any idea what the actual status is on Sev?
The site appears to be an archived backup from 2002 (are we missing everything from 2003 to 2010 then?).
Is John Cook still active in any way?
Are there complete archives anywhere on the web?I’m assuming the community is as dead as it gets as well?
Well, I think this dump was made just before John modernized the site. And after that modernization, it didn’t take very long before as far as I know before things just sort of stopped and John went to do other things. He’s all about climate stuff now.
I think this archive is pretty much all that there is nowadays.
Has anyone tried contacting him to see if they can get a copy of the more recent site, or at least the cartoons, to display as archive? (I’d prefer the site, as the punchline submissions have value too)
I even just ran into someone asking where to buy a copy of the Puss in Boots film.
